Chicken Jalfarezi





Ingredients:

1 kg chicken in cube shape
3 Onions in cube shape
1 Egg
1 Cup chicken stock
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Chinese salt
1 tsp Red chillies
1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
2-3 Capsicum
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1-2 Carrots
1 1/2 tbsp Cornflour (mixed in 1/2 cup of water)
2 tbsp Ketchup

Method:

1.Marinate chicken with salt,black pepper,egg,oil,chinese salt,vinegar,cornflour and soya sauce.
2.Heat oil in a pan,stir fry all the vegetables except cube shaped onions for 3-5 minutes.Dish out vegetables in a separate plate.
3.Fry ginger garlic paste in same oil,add marinated chicken and fry for 5-7 minutes.Add all the spices 
and finally chicken stock and ketchup into it.Now add all the vegetables including onions.Pour cornflour mixture into it for thickening of gravy.
4.Dish out delicious chicken jalfarezi and serve with egg fried rice.

Ingredients:

Chicken                                        1/2 kg
Rice                                              2 cups
Onions                                          2 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste                         2 tsp
Whole spices(garam masala)          2 tbsp
Green Chillies                                3-4
Tomatoes                                      2
Red chillies                                    1 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom                                    1
Ground Nut meg ( jaifal javitri)       1/2 tsp
Star anise (badian khatai)               5 petals
Salt                                               As desired
Oil                                                1 cup 

Method:           

1.Heat oil in a pan.Brown onions.Add chicken,ginger garlic paste and tomatoes to it.
2.Add all the spices and cook till chicken gets tender.
3.Add 3 cups of water to chicken,when the water comes to a boil,add rice and cook.
4.Serve with corriander raita and fresh salad.

Ingredients:

Chick peas (safaid chanay)                           1 kg
Meetha soda                                                1 tsp
Roasted and gringed Cinnamon seeds           2 tbsp
Roasted and chopped Corriander seeds        2 tbsp
Whole spice powder (Garam masalah)          1 tbsp
Roasted red chilli powder                              1 1/2 tsp
Onion                                                           2 medium sized
Salt                                                              As per your tatse
Green chillies and fresh corriander                 For garnishing


Method:
1.Wash chick peas and soak it in water for whole night.
2.Boil chick peas.While boiling add meetha soda.
3.Separately take a pan,pour oil in it.Brown onions.Add all the grinded and roasted spices and make a masalah mixture.
4.Pour masalah into boiled chick peas and cook it for for 10 minutes.
5.Garnish it with cutted fresh corriander and green chillies.Serve Lahori chanay with naan.

Ingredients:

Chicken boneless                1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste               1 tsp
Corn flour                           3-4 tbsp mixed with half cup of water
Chinese salt                         1 1/2 tsp
Chicken stock                     1 1/2 cup
Vinegar                               1 tbsp
Black pepper                      1/2 tbsp
Green chillies                       2 chopped
Oil                                      4 tbsp
Salt                                     1 tbsp or as per your tatse
Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with chinese salt,cornflour,salt,1tbsp oil and sugar for one hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,fry marinated chicken for 3-5 minutes and dish out chicken in a separate plate.
  3. Fry ginger garlic paste in same oil,then add fried chicken,green chillies,salt,black pepper,vinegar and finally chicken stock.Cook it for 10 minutes.
  4. For thickening of gravy,mix cornflour with half cup water and add to the chicken.Stir it till you get your desired thickness.
  5. Serve it with Egg fried Rice.

A delicious chicken recipie



Ingredients:

Chicken                                 1/2 kg
Brown onion                          1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste                  1 tbsp
Salt                                        1 tsp
Chinese Salt                           1 tsp
Oil                                         1 cup
Keura water (essence)           1 tsp
Green cardamom powder      1/2 tsp
Black pepper (whole)            10
Chilli powder                         1 1/2 tsp
Cloves (Long)                       4
Lemon (sliced into four)         2
Ground mace(jaiful javitri)      1 1/2 tsp
Yogurt                                   1/2 cup
Yellow food colour                1 tsp
(If desired)

Method:

Heat oil in a pan.Add onions and fry till it turns light brown.Then stain brown onions from oil and spread them on a paper.
Fry chicken and ginger garlic paste in same oil.Then add salt,chinese salt,chilli powder,yogurt and fried brown onions.Cook it till it dries.
Add ground mace,green cardamom powder,sliced lemons and lastly add kewra and food colour.
Simmer it for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish it with garlic.
Serve with naan.

Mayonnaise                                1/2 cup
Yogurt                                         1/2 cup


Method:
  • Cut carrots,capsicum,apple,patatoes and cabbage.
  • In a separate bowl mix cream,mayonnaise with yogurt.
  • Add chat masalah,sugar,salt and black pepper.Then add all the cutted and boiled vegetables into it and mix it well.
  • Delicious Russian Salad is ready to serve.

Cardamom (Bari illaichi)  1
Cloves (Long)                 3
Milk                                3 sips
Oil                                  3 tbsp
Salt                                As per your taste
Cardamom green (Choti illaichi)           3
Corriander powder (Dhania powder)   1 tsp
Mace (Ground jaiful javitri)                  1/4 tsp
Star anise (Badiana khatai                    3 petals
Food colour (Yellow)                          As desired
Screw pine essence (Keura water)       2 drops

Method:

Make chicken stock:

Add 5 cups of water in half kg chicken,add cumin seeds,black pepper,cloves,cinnamon and dehydrate 1 cup of water.

For mixture preparation:

Pour 3 tbsp oil in pan,brown onions.Add half tsp garlic paste and fry.Then add corriander powder,mace,petals of badiana khatai,green cardamon and three sips of milk.After making masala mixture,add chicken to it and fry.
Pour chicken stock to it.When it comes to a boil,add rice
Spread yellow food colour and kewra water on the top of the rice.
Serve daghi rice with salad and mint yogurt.

Ingredients:

Rice            1/2 cup
Milk            3Kg
Cardamom  3-4
Sugar          1 cup (You can increase or decrease quantity as per your taste)
Condensed milk 1tin 

For garnishing:

Almonds (long sliced)   15-20
Coconut powder          2tbsp
Raisins(Kishmish)         8-10

Method:

  • Grind rice with milk and then stain it with a stainer or a soft cloth (i.e.muslim cloth) so that no big particles of rice remain in milk.
  • Heat milk in a pan and start stirring to avoid lumps.
  • Add condensed milk and sugar and continue stirring till it begings to thicken.
  • Pour the mixture in serving bowl.Garnish it with long cutted bars of almonds,raisins and coconut powder.
  • Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.Delicious Firni is ready.Serve chilled.

Chicken 1 1/2 kg
Onion 6
Ginger garlic paste 4tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Salt As desired
Red chilli powder 5-6 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Lemon 2
Yellow food colour 1/4 tsp
Bay leaves 3-4

For garnishing:
For garnishing add Fresh corriander,Green chillies and mint. 

Method:

  • Heat oil.Add cutted onions and fry till it gets brown.Separate these brown onions from oil and place them in a plate.
  • Fry ginger garlic paste in the same oil and add chicken into it for frying.
  • Blend fried onions with yogurt and tomatoes and add this mixture to the chicken.
  • Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and plums to the chicken.
  • Cook chicken for 15-20 minutes till the oil gets separate.
  • Boil rice separately.
  • Take a separate pan,make one layer of rice then cutted corriander,mint and tomatoes for garnishing,then chicken mixture and so on.
  • Cook it on lowest flame for 5-10 minutes with cover.
  • Delicious biryani is ready to serve with kachommar salad and raita.

Almonds             100 grams
Raisins                40 grams


Cooking directions:

  • Add rice and milk in a pan.Heat it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Peel carrots and add to the mixture.
  • Cook it on low flame for 30 minutes.
  • Add sugar to it n start stirring till it thickens properly.
  • Add cutted almonds and raisins for garnishing.

Badshahi Mosque Lahore made by sixth Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in 1671 and completed in 1673. It is second largest Mosque in Pakistan and South Asia and fifth largest Mosque in the world. It is Lahore’s most famous land mark and a major tourist attraction. 5000 worshipers can accommodate its main hall and 95000 in its courtyard and porticoes.

There are 8 minarets in Badshahi Mosque, four are major and four minor. The height of major minarets 176 ft 4 in and 53.75 m of minor minarets. In 1993 Government of Pakistan recommended the inclusion of the Badshahi Mosque as a World Heritage in UNESCO. In these pics we are showing the beauty and perfection of construction.
