4-5 Medium sized potatoes
1 1/2 Cup Peas
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
1 tbsp Black cumin (Kalonji)
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Red Chillies
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tsp Corrinader powder
1 tsp Whole Spices ( Garam Masala)
3 tbsp Yogurt
2-3 Green Chillies
1/2 cup Oil
Fresh corrinader for garnishing
1.Heat oil in a pan.Fry onions till it gets its light golden colour.Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes and all the spices.
2.Add peas first,cook it for 5-7 minutes,then add carrots and cook for 10 minutes.
3.Lastly add potatoes and cover it for 20 minutes on low flame.
4.Cook it until vegetables get tender.
5.Garnish it with fresh chopped green corriander and green chillies.
6.Serve with Chapati.
